Prices do not include VAT and are valid only for purchases made through the site. The prices posted on the website may differ from the prices indicated in paper catalogs for advertising purposes.
The client accepts the conditions that estetista-market.shop can change its prices at any time. At the same time, after placing the order by the client, the prices indicated in the order are fixed and do not change, even with a further change in prices on the site.
In case of errors that lead to a significant change in the order price (unreasonably high or low), the customer’s order is canceled and the paid amount is returned to the customer without delay within 14 days after cancellation.

Cost of delivery
For orders worth more than 150.00 €, excluding VAT (one hundred fifty euros, excluding VAT), delivery is free throughout Italy, regardless of the distance and weight of the order. Free shipping is calculated on the amount of the order with discount.
For orders of less than 150.00 €, excluding VAT (one hundred fifty euros, excluding VAT), a fixed shipping cost in Ukraine and Italy will be charged in the amount of 4.90 € (four, 90 euros), plus VAT in the amount of 2.00 € (two euros), if the purchase amount is more than 77.47 euros, regardless of the distance and weight of the order, with the addition of 7.00 € (seven euros) in case of delivery by Cash on delivery.
For orders outside Ukraine and Italy worth more than € 500.00, excluding VAT (five hundred euros, excluding VAT), delivery is free, regardless of the distance and weight of the order. Delivery to other countries is carried out only on an advance payment. Free shipping is calculated on the amount of the order with discount.
For orders outside Ukraine and Italy in the amount of less than 500.00 €, excluding VAT (five hundred euros, excluding VAT), a fixed shipping cost of 24.90 € (twenty-four euros, 90 eurocents) will be charged, plus VAT in the amount 2,00 € (two euros), if the purchase amount is more than 77.47 euros, regardless of the distance and weight of the order.
Delivery terms
Estetista-market.shop sells and markets its products worldwide.
Goods are delivered to the address specified by the client.
The client is responsible for the address provided by estetista-market.shop for the delivery of the order, which the client indicates when concluding the contract of sale (placing an order). Estetista-market.shop is not responsible if the client agrees with the courier company to change the delivery address other than that indicated at the time of placing the order, and is reported in the email with the order confirmation. For security reasons, estetista-market.shop cannot process orders with a mailbox in the delivery address.
Estetista-market.shop undertakes to initiate the delivery process within 2-11 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from the receipt of the order. Delivery of the order in Ukraine is carried out using the Ukrposhta postal service within 72 hours from the time of delivery of the goods, except in cases of force majeure or in case of unavailability of goods. Delivery of an order in Italy is carried out exclusively through the Italian Poste Italiane mail within 72 hours from the date of delivery of the goods, except in cases of force majeure or in case of unavailability of the goods. In the latter case, estetista-market.shop contacts the client to propose the replacement of the missing product with an equivalent product, with equal value and characteristics. In the event that such an offer does not suit the client, estetista-market.shop shall refund the payment to the client for the missing goods or for the entire order without delay. In the latter case, this contract of sale will be deemed terminated. In the event of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the company is not responsible for the delay in delivery.
Delivery outside Ukraine is carried out within 5-25 days, with the exception of cases of force majeure, using the Ukrposhta postal service. Delivery outside Italy is carried out within 5-25 days, except in cases of force majeure, exclusively through the Italian poste Italiane.
When sending an order to a customer, estetista-market.shop sends an email confirming the shipment, which indicates the number of the bill of lading to track customer delivery.
If estetista-market.shop does not fulfill the obligation to deliver the order within the specified time period, the customer can contact the company to determine the additional delivery time. If the delivery of the order was not made within an additional period, the client has the right to terminate the contract, with the exception of the right to compensation for damage.
Delivery of the order is considered completed at the time when the order is delivered directly to the client, or to a third party by proxy from the client, at the address indicated by the client himself when placing the order. From this moment, the customer assumes the risk of loss or damage to the purchased goods, for a reason not dependent on estetista-market.shop.
In case of cancellation of the delivered order, the customer has the right to send it back to estetista-market.shop. The contract will be considered terminated, and the company will return the amount for the order paid by the client minus the delivery cost that has not been completed until the end, as well as the cost of returning to estetista-market.shop.
Upon delivery, the client must timely check the integrity of the packaging, the condition of the delivered goods and the conformity of the delivered goods with the customer’s order. For any damage to the goods or packaging or the discrepancy of the goods that was ordered, you must immediately notify the courier that you made the delivery and draw up a written application describing the problem with the signature of the delivery courier as a witness.

Return Terms
The client in any case has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale without any penalties and without giving any reason, within 14 days. The return period expires in 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
A client who intends to exercise the right of return must inform estetista-market.shop about this within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order by e-mail: [email protected] In this case, the Company sends the Customer a Return / Cancellation form.
After confirming the return, estetista-market.shop sends an email to the customer with a delivery note to provide the delivery service. The company also agrees with the customer and delivery service on the date and address for receiving the return. Then the customer must pack the returned goods, attach the invoice and deliver the package to the delivery service for shipment.
The client is obliged to send the goods back to the address of the Company without delay, within 14 days from the date of notification of the Company about the return of the order. The deadline is respected if the customer sends the goods back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
In case the client does not comply with the conditions or methods of making the above return, estetista-market.shop has the right not to accept the return of the goods, without any additional costs associated with this.
Goods must be returned undamaged (including an identification label that must not be removed), in the original packaging, without signs of use, complete with all their parts and accessories, labels and the attached tax documentation.
The client is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the packaging and goods, for maintaining the complete set of goods. In particular, returned goods must not be used or inspected.
After receiving the goods, estetista-market.shop checks the goods for intactness, absence of traces of use, and compliance with the configuration. Subject to a positive verification result, the Company shall refund the payment to the client without delay, but not more than within 14 days from the receipt of the returned goods, with the exception of the cost of delivery of the returned goods. Return shipping charges are withheld from the customer.
Estetista-market.shop has the right to suspend the refund to the client until receipt of the goods and verification of the goods received.
In case of a negative result of checking the received goods, estetista-market.shop has the right not to return the payment amount to the client at all or to refund the payment amount to the client in full. In this case, the Company contacts the client and substantiates its results of verification of the received goods. By mutual agreement between the Company and the client, the parties decide either to return the goods to the client at the client’s expense, or to refund the client incompletely, depending on the degree of damage or use of the goods by the client.
Estetista-market.shop carries out the refund in the way that the client indicates on the Refund / Cancellation form (to the client’s PayPal account or to the client’s bank details).
